Do I have to be fit to start?No, but you have to start to get fit.

I’ve never done any Martial Arts, Boxing/ Kickboxing. Is this a problem?Absolutely not, the majority of our students had never trained before scheduling their 1st session with me. It is our job to get you up to a good standard, all you have to do is turn up.

I can only commit to 1 a session a week, is this enough to see progress?Of course! Like anything, you will see quicker results the more you invest time into, however my sessions are programmed in an efficient manner which means you will see great results even if you only commit to 1 session per week.

Do I need any specialist equipment to train?No - to begin with all you need to do is turn up in clothes you’re comfortable exercising in and bring a water bottle.

How long will it take for me to reach my goals?Like anything, it is consistently that will help you reach your goals, the more sessions you have the more likely you are to reach your goals in a shorter timeframe.
